  2. To provide effective & timely customer services.
  3. To provide resources, support and training to staff.
  4. To increase visibility and awareness of WorkForce Center employment services.
  5. To use technology as a tool to enhance customer service.
  6. To build on each partners’ strengths and resources to maximize services.
  7. To include the customer in the design of services and assess customer outcomes for continuous improvement.
  8. To increase interaction with external system.
